Agent Kenny Zuckerman says Raiola has signed a one-year deal and hopes to help Detroit reach the post-season this year. The Lions have missed the playoffs the last two seasons. Raiola was drafted by the Lions in 2001 and has played for Detroit his entire career. Hes started all 16 games in each of the last five seasons. He was not charged with a single sack allowed last season, the first time in his career hed accomplished that. Detroit went 7-9 last season and coach Jim Schwartz was fired.
