SANTIAGO, Chile -- Canadas Adam Hadwin won the Chile Classic on Sunday for first Web.com Tour title, birdieing the final two holes for a one-stroke victory over Australias Alistair Presnell. The 26-year-old Hadwin shot a 3-under 69 at Prince of Wales Country Club for a 16-under 272 total. He earned $117,000. "I dont know what to say," Hadwin said. I really dont know to feel, what to think," he said. "Its amazing. I battled all day and to finish birdie-birdie and make the putts I did on the last two holes gives me so much confidence. I couldnt be happier." Presnell had three eagles, the last an 18-footer on the par-5 18th for a 68. "I heard roars, but I didnt know what happened," Hadwin said. "I knew it was going to be close. I said to my caddie on 17 tee that, If I make two birdies, they cant catch us." Hadwin got up-and-down from a greenside bunker on the 308-yard, par-4 17th to tie Presnell for the lead. From 230 yards on the 18th, he hit a 4-iron that missed the green, then chipped to 4 feet and made the putt. "It was an awkward number. I wanted to hit 5-iron and didnt think I could clear the water if I missed it a little, so I went with 4," said Hadwin, a former University of Louisville player. "I guess I gave up on it a little and luckily it cleared the water. It was a fairly easy chip across the green and was able to get up and down for the victory." He became the 13th Canadian-born player to win on the Web.com Tour and the first since Chris Baryla in the 2009 Chattanoonga Classic, a span of 111 tournaments. South Koreas Sung Joon Park, Swedens Henrik Norlander and American Kyle Reifers tied for third at 13 under. Park shot a 66, Norlander had a 69, and Reifers a 71. Air Max 90 China Wholesale . Alongside many other events that happened at CoD XP - which acts as a celebration of all things Call Of Duty for fans and industry professionals alike - Activision also hosted the Call Of Duty Championship, the grand finals of the World League that had been playing out over the course of months earlier this year. There were many contenders for the title, from the likes of OpTic Gaming, FaZe Clan, Cloud9 and Splyce, from the UK - the latter being Europes best hope for glory. Many of the top teams failed to translate their reputation into results, some being knocked out early on in the tournaments initial rounds. Especially surprising was tournament favourites OpTic Gamings early elimination. Most interesting was the appearance of Fab Games, a German-based e-Sports team, who were a relatively unknown quantity in the world of Call Of Duty e-Sports. Call of Duty- EnvyUs It was Fab Games who managed to knock many of the strongest teams - such as OpTic Gaming - into the Losers Bracket. It was up against Team eLevate that Fab Games would eventually stumble, first being knocked into the Losers Bracket and then out of the tournament by Splyce. It was the UK-team that would go on to compete in the grand finals against Team EnVyUs.The semi-finals took place with Team eLevate against Team EnVyUs. It was an extremely close gamme with no clear winner from the start, until EnVyUs managed to claim the fifth and final match in the best-of-five series, knocking eLevate out into the Losers Bracket where it was to face Splyce.ddddddddddddhis, too, was a tense match, but Splyce continued its run of form, defeating eLevate, earning their progression as the winners of the Losers Bracket, and a place in the grand finals against EnVyUs.It was an exciting match-up, but it was especially nail-biting for European e-Sports fans who had found themselves backing the underdogs Splyce due to the potential history they could have made. Call of Duty - Splyce Since its inauguration, no European team has taken the trophy at the Call Of Duty Championship, and with Splyces recent confident performances it seemed, for many, that this could finally be the chance. That was not to be, however. Though the team managed to win the first of the best-of-five series of matches, it failed to grasp a hold during any of the following three matches and ultimately led to a three-game win streak by EnVyUs that saw the European hopefuls knocked out of the tournament at the final stage. To have earned second place is no doubt a bittersweet achievement for Splyce, especially after Team EnVyUs - who had dominated many of its matches through the year and particularly during the Championships - took away $800,000 in prize money. For a full rundown of the tournament, the best teams and the many shocks and upsets of the event, take a look at Ginx eSports TVs Call Of Duty Championships round-up.
